Synthesis and Investigation of Metal Alcoholates
Headed by N.Ya.Turova(Senior Researcher, PhD)
The development of optimum chemical and electrochemical synthetic techniques
for obtaining mono- and bimetallic transition metal alcoholates. The
investigation of their physico-chemical and structural characteristics
taking into the consideration possible inhomogeneity of molecular content
of certain products, as well as micro-impurities of oxo-groups (formed as
the result of spontaneous hydrolysis, oxidation, or ether elimination
processes). Optimization of the preparation technique for multicomponent
alcoholate solutions, utilized in sol-gel process of synthesis of complex
oxide-based materials for the needs of modern technology.
